Mail-In ballots must be returned to a secure ballot box by 6PM. If you cannot deposit in a ballot box, you can mail, but must be postmarked Nov 3, so be sure to go to the post office early. Since ballots must arrive in the County Clerk's office through the mail by Nov 6, we are recommending people use the ballot boxes to be sure their ballot arrives in time and is counted.
