Dayzaughn Graves is a Berea College alumna, majoring in Women and Gender Studies. Currently, she is working at Lexington Fair Housing Council (LFHC) as a fair housing specialist. In this role, Ms. Graves facilitates community partnerships, educates the community about fair housing, while also solving clients' fair housing needs. Lexington Fair Housing Council works as a legal advocate for all those in the state of Kentucky. They work to help end housing discrimination by advocating for the needs of the community based on the seven protected classes, as identified in the Fair Housing Act of the Constitution. Ty'Shalia (Shay) Woods is a graduate of the University of Kentucky's College of Public Health. Currently, she is an Americorps Intern with LFHC. Ms. Woods is hoping to leave Lexington Fair Housing Council with a foundation on how to educate her peers on the ways in which they can use their own voice to stand up for their rights, even beyond housing.
