Preview of the 2022 Kentucky General Assembly Session: A Community Conversation (VIRTUAL)

The 2022 Kentucky General Assembly session will open on January 4 th for 60 days of discussion, debate, drama and decisions which will impact the lives of all Kentuckians in one way or another. The next biennial budget will be passed, setting the funding priorities for the Commonwealth.

Due in part to the ongoing COVID pandemic, both health and mental health issues will be at the top of the list for examination and policy-setting. The panel will discuss pre-filed bills, the budget outlook and issues to look for in this preview of the upcoming session.
