Want to help voters learn about candidates? The nonpartisan League of Women Voters is hosting and cosponsoring many candidate forums this fall and we need volunteers to make it happen! There are lot so ways to help out including encouraging candidates to participate, timing, moderating, helping with question selection and promoting forums in the community. Many of our forums will be held virtually and recorded, but we also have some in-person forums, so no matter your situation, there are ways to get involved!

Agenda:
6:30 PM-7 PM We will be providing updates and doing volunteer sign ups for the forums.
7-7:30 PM Moderator training. Candidate forum moderating is an important job, but it is easier than you may think. The League prepares and supports volunteers by providing scripts, training, carefully prepared questions and support during the forum. This preparation sets our moderators up for success.
